Position: Recommendation Algorithm Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and optimize recommendation service algorithms in scenarios such as Huawei video, music and information flow.
- Improve the search, recommendation, download and conversion rate of applications and improve the ad placement efficiency.
- Learn advanced experience in the industry, platformism recommendation and search algorithms and apply them to Huawei products to implement the APP factory capability.
Business skill requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering, computer systems, mathematics, or related majors.
- Quick-thinking, sensitive to new technologies, and strong ability to study.
- Good communication and teamwork ability.
- Have a strong problem analysis and resolution capability.
Professional knowledge requirements
- Have practical experience in data cleansing, feature engineering, and model optimization of machine learning systems.
- Experience in developing CTR estimation models.
- Have experience in developing the search/recommendation system.
- Experience in publishing machine learning papers at top conferences.
- Experience in search and information retrieval is preferred, including recall, sorting, semantic understanding, intention recognition, error correction and natural language processing.
