Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in designing, developing and maintaining dashboards, data visualization and self service tools
Preferred Fields of Study:
Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Analytics

Certification(s) Preferred:
Not required but good to have –
Exam DA-100: Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI
Exam 70-778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power Bi
Preferred Knowledge/ Skills:
Experience working with visualization, data extraction and analysis technologies such as PowerBI (DAX), Tableau, Qlikview, Looker or similar tools to deliver contextual, thoughtfully presented visual output
Well versed in relational database structures in order to source effectively from these for reports and dashboards
Understanding of user-centered design and development
Understanding of visualization design principles
Experience with structured and unstructured data sets
Ability to clean and integrate data from a variety of sources
Using enterprise productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms and other project management software
Strong business and technical acumen, excellent debugging skills
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong problem solving, communication and follow-up skills
Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, practicing resourcefulness to see things through
