Roles and Responsibilities
– Experience in Business Requirements gathering in Banking domain
– Coordination on functional aspects between business teams and development teams
– Business Requirements Documentation
– Experience in software testing (testing strategy, defect management, SIT, UAT)
– Creation of customer journeys for business processes in banking domain
– Know how of JIRA, Confluence, In Visio will be an added advantage
– Know how of automated testing tools will be an added advantage
– Basic know how of Agile Methodology
– Team Management experience will be an advantage
– Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
