Roles and Responsibilities
- This role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Delivery team to support delivery of a quality service to our clients and achieve regulatory compliance across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations
- Provide Business Analysis and Design expertise to deliver Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) change initiatives
- Identify and detail related business requirements
- Documentation of relevant analysis artefacts as required by project governance
- Support functional design, testing and deployment of change initiatives
- Managing requirements of pipelines
- Assessing and estimating BA team required
- PWG preparation and presentation
- Stakeholders communication and alignment
- The scope of work includes creating BRDs, acting as the primary SME for the relevant project, reviewing FSDs, writing UAT test cases, coordinating end to end delivery, stakeholder management and writing procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good experience (8 10 years) in institutional banking onboarding / related area with exposure in global/multi country project implementations
- Good understanding in one or more of the client lifecycle areas (AML, KYC, Tax, Static Data, FM Onboarding, Regulatory Changes, etc)
