Job Location: Dubai
We are looking to hire Business Analyst with an experience of 1 – 3 years to work with us full time.
Role and Responsibilities :
– Understand user expectations through discussions with stakeholders and through research.
– Develop functional requirements and raise clarifications with stakeholders.
– Give Knowledge Transfer to the development team on Functional Specifications.
– Prefer knowledge of enterprise modeling applications, such as Enterprise Architect, Provision and/or other modeling and/or languages, including UML.
– Act as SPOC for business requirements and represents the end user in the development team.
– Lead and conduct functional testing thereby responsible for certification of product release before user acceptance.
– Understand Agile practices and follow the same.
– Requirement gathering, use cases, proposal writing, etc.
– Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices.
– Experience with process and data flow diagramming.
– Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to travel.
Preferred Skills :
– Relevant experience of 1 -3 years.
– A clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and should be process oriented.
– Experience in requirement gathering, use cases, proposal writing, etc.
– Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods.
– Experience in identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
