Why This Role Is Important
- Document requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
- Designs, modifies, develops, and writes requirements and specifications of software programming applications
- Diagnose, analyze, and solve application and data issues.
- Coordinate applications release and include any change management related tasks and documentation

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years or experience in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
- Ability to understand complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience in Capital Markets and Asset/Wealth Management Industry.
- Solid technology background, including an understanding of technology-governance frameworks, and applications used in financial services
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Eagle Pace/STAR Accounting System.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as OBIEE, Tableau or Power BI.
- Broad knowledge of Investment Management industry operations, investing strategies, distribution channels, and business control and support functions
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence preferred
