We are seeking creative, energetic candidates for the role of Technology R&D Sr. Analyst in the Application Engineering R&D group. The R&D group shapes the Future of Software Engineering. It investigates the implication of emerging technology advances to software engineering, which results in new software architectures, development tools and team structures. Candidate will be responsible for developing research prototypes, participate in rigorous research discussions and contribute to client pilots and engagements.

Our current research is focused around the following dimensions:
• Energy efficient software approaches across different technologies like Cloud computing, Machine Learning, etc.
• AI assisted software engineering including code generation, requirements management, test automation and optimization.
• Software engineering approaches for Edge and Cloud based applications, multi-criteria architecture optimization, privacy aware software engineering
• Model driven software engineering
• Human aspects of Software Engineering
• Testing of Robotics applications.

The Ideal candidate should be able to:
• Demonstrate a strong research mindset.
• Be curious and ask probing questions about the work.
• Be hand on and agile for developing research proof of concepts and MVPs independently.
• Contribute to patents for IP as part of R&D labs KPI.
• Be an agile learner and be able to pick up new technology skills.

Educational qualifications – Masters in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or related areas.

Experience – 2 to 3 years in an R&D or an innovation organization.
