The EAC Changes Team is part of the Account & Portfolio Performance tower. We’re responsible for driving the financial side of the EAC Changes process, partnering with the Quality & Risk organization to support Markets, Services, Client and Corporate Leadership in the confirmation and analysis flows.

The EAC Changes Team Market – Sr. Analyst:
Is in charge of the monthly EAC change Confirmation process, control of the EAC Changes Forms, Confirmation Call Coordination, including the creation of its Agenda and Minutes
Fluently interacts with Quality, CFM and CGFL’s during the process to ensure timely and accurate submissions – acting as SPOC for questions.
Performs the monthly analysis of confirmed vs processed amounts, guaranteeing data integrity and IC compliance.
Works closely with the Market Lead on trend analysis, early risk identification and EAC Changes forecast.
Supports Finance leadership with monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis.
. Performs the quarterly Fin 45 guarantees Internal Control (temporarily)

Education –
– Degree in one of the following fields: Economics / Business Administration / Finance
Applicants with more experience, including mid-career, are also strongly encouraged.

Skills –
Must have
– Experience in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (Power Pivot and Power Query included).
– Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
– Effective English verbal and written communications skills.

Good to have
– Experience with Automation, database managing and visualization tools will be highly appreciated
– Innovation-driven, knowledge of agile methodologies
