- Technical Experience : 1: Should have experience in overall project delivery and should be able to guide the Junior resources towards delivery in SAP HCM or SAP GL space 2:He/ She should be able to do the long term impact analysis and identify/propose solution accordingly 3:Good to have an exposure to HR areas like Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, HR ABAP and ESS/LSS
- Professional Attributes : 1:Strong verbal and written communication skills is must as this role would majorly involve client discussions to understand requirements, propose viable solutions and drive delivery 2:The candidate should be flexible enough, constraint-free and exhibit proactiveness to get over issues independently
