Summary:The Change Management Lead for Products plays a crucial role in ensuring successful implementation of organizational change initiatives. This role is responsible for developing, planning, and executing change management strategies to drive business transformations effectively. The individual will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and the adoption of new processes, technologies, and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Change Management Planning:
Facilitate governance board meetings, agenda, and contentDevelop a comprehensive governance framework to ensure rapid decision-makingCreate and maintain a communication calendar and planManage FAQs and surveysDevelop and implement a 6-month plan (30-60-90 days)Accelerating Change in BI&A:
Leverage Gen AI & automation for efficiency and productivityPromote new ways of working and drive cultural shiftsServe as a Change Partner in new projects (e.g., Reports Rationalization and Consolidation)Foster cross-functional collaboration for change successManage change resistance and track adoption success metricsPeople Engagement:
Engage and inspire new BI&A talent through initiatives like town halls, all-hands meetings, open houses, and executive connect sessionsMobilize a Change Champions networkDevelop a stakeholder mapping & engagement strategy for new projectsFoster an inclusive culture and mitigate bias in change initiativesAlign siloed workstreams to support a unified company approachCreate persona-driven content and experiencesImplement engagement tools such as Viva Engage and quarterly newslettersConduct training and enablement sessions for products/servicesShare best practices and collaborate with other functional Change LeadsStandards & Consistency for Gen AI Products (BI&A Branding):
