Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and implements basic and complex tools and report requests for Enterprise Support and internal PD&IT and business stakeholders. Plans, coordinates, and reports to management monthly.
2. Demonstrates strong communication skills to translate tools and report requests in order to accurately meet the actual information and deadline needs of users and the business.
3. Works with Enterprise Support, PD&IT, and business stakeholders to understand gaps in tools and reporting and identify methods to rectify. Acts as a liaison between end-users and PD&IT teams to accurately determine requirements.
4. Assist with the investigation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving current report and tool inefficiencies. Works with Company’s development and tools team.
5. Drive toward ontime, quality deliverables in a highly complex and dynamic business environment, while actively managing support and end-user expectations.
6. Creates, maintains, and executes test scripts and validates results. Reports discrepancies and follows through to ensure that all testing discrepancies are resolved prior to release to production.
7. Creates and maintains tools and reporting documentation.
8. Works with appropriate management staff members to research and document desired system enhancements and process workflows.

Requirements:

• Reporting analytics or tools administration experience
• ITIL certified
• One or more of the following:
1. ServiceNow reporting and technical expertise
2. RightAnswers technical expertise
3. BeyondTrust technical expertise
4. Reporting/Data Analytic expertise
5. Everbridge technical expertise
