Responsible for operational contact center headcount planning for multi-site, worldwide, sites.
The planner will utilize in-house planning system to create & optimize staffing plans which are cost effective & balance the needs with the demands.
Required Candidate profile
MBA / Statistics @ top school having 5+ yrs of experience in Predictive / Data Analytics, headcount / demand planning for BPO across multiple sites & countries.
Good with Analytics and strong in SQL.
