JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the team. This person will be responsible for defining functional and technical specifications, creating user stories and test cases and running UAT. Additional job duties include desktop/tablet/mobile testing of applications, owning and developing relationships with business partners and working with them to optimize their internal process and related systems. They will be working closely with developers over the applications which are web based and local install apps used by both internal and external users.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a lead/sr role

Experience leading requirement sessions with the business (customer service, marketing, sales, engineering)

Experience with UAT

Experience interacting with developers to put together techno-functional specifications

Experience with Jira and Confluence

DESIRED SKILLS

Metal building industry experience

Previous experience as a programmer/developer
