Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Product Manager and ensure success of the product
Groom the Product Backlog and help with documenting requirements
Create EPICs and Stories for the requirements
Help with cross-functional activities (Customer demos, Sales and Marketing requests, etc.)
Work closely with the Engineering Team and ensure timely product releases
Educate the Engineering Team on technical and functional requirements
Participate in Sprint meetings and help resolve issues
Work closely with the Professional Services Team and ensure successful deployments
Define and Analyze Product Usage Metrics
Be the “go-to” person for the product
Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience in software product development
Customer-focused exposure in gathering requirements
Develop Wireframes and write Functional Specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience and understanding in one or more of Enterprise Applications & Platform from below categories
Workflow / BPM Systems
Analytics/BI Tools
Developer Tools and Frameworks
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Science
Nice to have an MBA in Information Management or equivalent
Overall 3 to 4 years of professional experience in Software Industry
With preferably 1 to 2 years of techno-functional experience as a Product/Business Analyst
