• Translating business problems and requirements into solution options
• Providing the conduit between customers, end users and product teams in order to optimal solutions
• Review the use of technology and advise business stakeholders more effectively and efficiently
• Preparing detailed and robust project functional requirements specifications doc and cost estimation sheet
• Competency in creating workflow diagrams
• Ability to work with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
