Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and prepare Business Requirement Documents/Solutions/user story for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions

2. Review Functionality Specifications documents vis–vis Business requirements

3. Prepare detailed Test Plans, Test Case preparation and execution and Bug fixing.

4. Ensure UAT being done and defects are tested in timely manner by the Testing Team. Reporting and monitoring defects in reporting tools e.g. JIRA

5. Design process flow changes, in partnership with Operations and other Units

6. Take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems

7. Address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance

8. Have regular strategic interactions with Technology partners/vendors with respect to system functionalities, product roadmap, technology trends etc…

9. Regular update to Senior Management regarding Project Status

Qualifications-

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Graduation/Post Graduation with relevant project management / system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of the Cards, Payments, Prepaid Cards System and Forex Card Systems

Almost 5 to 6 years experience in Banking industry, preferably working as business analysts/Project Manager Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge

Knowledge of Cards, ATM, Payment sector trends and dynamics

Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Reconciliation & Settlement Process

Knowledge of Networks like Rupay, Master, Visa and Certification process

Knowledge of Card Operations, API Banking

Skills

Strong Project Management and execution skills

Experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies would be added advantage.

Effective Management skills with hands-on approach and Can-do attitude
