Role Description :
– The client offshore team supports a US based Utility client in Marketing Analytics and reporting
– This individual must have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate leadership skills, goal-and results-driven work ethic.
Responsibilities :
– Primary responsibility to run and manage the regular reports.
– Run regular daily/ weekly/ monthly reports
– Carry out report modification / report enhancement /new report development
– Carry out automation and process improvement
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications/ Skills :
– Minimum 3 year reporting/ MIS/ automation experience. Any domain is fine
– Proficient in VBA, SAS, SQL and Excel
– Good articulation and communication skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
– Knowledge and experience in the utility domain would be a plus
