We are hiring for Sr. Business Analyst for a leading Edtech firm based out of Gurgaon.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Tracking key metrics of the company
2. Helping define and drive measurement science in the organisation, particularly with a focus on revenue generation
3. Reporting key metrics on a daily basis
4. Ability to clearly understand and define business problems and form a diverse set of hypotheses
5. Partner with stakeholders to a high extent in delivering impactful insights and value
6. End-to-end execution of analysis in a robust, effective, and efficient way
7. Sales incentive and teacher payout calculation and create a robust Sales MIS
8. Tracking and analysing large volume of consumer data related to customers and teachers
9. Developing intelligence from data from various sources.
Requirements-
- We are looking for a sharp and analytical mind preferably from one of the IITs, NITs, DTU, BITS, VIT, and other Tier 1 engineering colleges.
- The candidates should have high proficiency in PostgreSQL (SQL) and Python (or R)
- Minimum 1.5 yr of experience as a Business Analyst.
