Modulus Housing is a modular construction tech startup. We build modules that can be joined to form a building. Our standardized modules are manufactured in the factory and come with built-in plumbing and electrical lines. Right now, we have two modules that were designed to be set up anywhere quickly and affordable. Our modules: 1. Foldable Box and 2. Flatpack
We used our modules to do some good actually: 1000+ hospital cabins across 21 states in India for the fight against COVID, 100+ cabins built for farmers as micro-factories, and 20+ cabins for children in rural areas as schools. We did all this in the last 540 days (18 months), taking an average of 12 hours to design, build, transport, and deploy a cabin. And we feel like we have just started.

About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution
- Owning responsibilities across domains such as strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for Pepper
- Working directly with the founders on existing business and agenda
- Working on existing products and designing new ones to drive key business metrics for the company
- Working on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses
- Developing an innovation roadmap and new market entry strategies

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 25000 per micro project).
