Requirements
• 2+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis.
• Ability to find answers to questions that are not easily available.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems.
• Ability to interact with all levels of people at the customer’s end independently and ensure all requirements discussions are completed within the set timeline.
• Ability to understand API documentation received from the customer and document them to make it easy to the developers to understand.
• Ability to take ownership of the requirement gathering in a project and complete it independently.
• Willingness to learn about domain/industry and apply in daily work
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
• Have knowledge of the Stock Broking And/Or Lending domain.
• Work experience in either of the below
o In a stock broking firm.
o in a Bank or NBFC in the loans division.
o in Implementation of solutions for digital lending systems or ekyc systems.
• Work experience in a start-up environment.
• Have worked with following tools,
o JIRA
o Confluence
o Draw.io
o Balsamiq
o Any other BA related tools
