• Proficiency in understanding data from a business and technical perspective.
• Ability to gather insights from data and create analytical models, relationships between business functions.
• Good understanding of Securities Market domain
• working in business analytics and data science. End to end implementation of projects from requirement gathering to deliverables sharing a must. Experience leading teams will be considered a plus.
• Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner
• BE/BTech/BSc from a reputable institute – with exposure to mathematics and programming. ME/MTech/MBA/MSc/MCA will be considered a plus.
• Expert in SQL, Python. In-depth Knowledge of and database (Oracle/SQL server/ DB2/ Teradata).
• Drive Customer interactions and demonstrate the ability to create business outcomes from data
• Should be able to create High and low level solution and technical design documents
• Proficiency in verbal and written communications. Ability to take a business problem and ask insightful questions to guide the development of the solution.
• Has a proven experience of leading and managing Data scientists for big programs with outcome-based results.
• Must have experience in statistical programming in R, Python using libraries like sci-kit, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spacy
• Experience in deep learning frameworks
• Knowledge on Model interpretability (Explainable AI) and experience in Text Analytics
