Roles and Responsibilities
It’s a US Health Insurance process.
(If any US Health insurance gets rejected, then it gets transferred to the analyst
Candidate will be given a post Denial Analyst/ Analyst
There are 3 stages as well which he considers.
These are
1- Pre Stage
2- Post Stage
3- Post Denial Stage
It’s a blended process.
Generally 70% Backend
30% Voice
Desired Candidate Profile
Only Graduates Eligible.
Compensation
Freshers- 15k in hand
Candidates with Exp – Rs 23k in hand ( Rs 2.80 – Rs 3.3 LPA — as per last Sal / Exp )
Working days – 5 (Fixed Sat and Sun off)
