– Atleast 2-4 yr experience in Analytics
– Ability to grasp nuances of business quickly
– Experience in business requirements gathering
– Ability to problem solve and break down complex problem into solvable pieces
– Ability to deliver quick and accurate results for each analysis/task
– Excellent communication skills
– Experienced in data management, data analysis, data extraction
– Ability to do work within tight timelines
Skills Matrix-
– Strong in SAS, SQL
– Strong Analytics Background with good exposure to model development, Machine learning techniques
– Strong in MS-Excel, preferably VBA
– Preferred candidates from banking domain or have undertaken or professionally work on Banking projects
