Job Location: Pune
The responsibility of the user experience role will be to work with platform users, BAs, product managers and developers to ensure a cohesive and enhanced customer experience in the Tech Store web version. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Collaborate with internal customers, product owner, business analysts, and developers on a variety of initiatives for our internal customer-facing Service Portal on the ServiceNow platform
• Engage in customer sessions to gather requirements and difficulties while distinguishing and prioritizing between individual wants and business needs
• Conduct analysis to define and design solutions for features, functionalities, and enhancements
• Create mockup designs portraying expectations of users and partners
• Articulate design decisions thoughtfully with an openness to feedback
• Create and prioritize JIRAs based on customer and stakeholder requirements while managing a backlog
• Analyze usage data and customer feedback
• Validate solutions meet the desired requirements and end user expectations for quality delivery
• Conduct platform testing in production and sub-production environments for monthly releases

As a user experience designer on the Service Digitalization and Program Execution team, you will contribute to the organization’s goal of improving the end to end experience for customers consuming services leveraging our digital platforms. You will work with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Tech Store customers, developers, and IT SMEs to enhance the experience of the Tech Store users.

Required Candidate profile
To excel in this role, you should possess below:
Must have
3-7 years of proven experience
University Degree
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to conduct presentation, advocacy and influencing partners
Able to perform in a high pressure and highly dynamic environment
Candidate must have attention to detail; have the ability to work independently; ability to persevere through pressurized environment.
Proven experience with UX/UI framework and products
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Knowledge of data analysis
Experience with ServiceNow platform
Familiar with Jira
