- Key Responsibilities : a: BA Experience: 8-12 years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst with experience of entire Requirement Engineering lifecycle, Gap Analysis b: Experience of using Requirement Management tools such as Jira / Agile Central c: Verbal: Ability to work with resources in multiple geographies, hold workshops, lead discussions and represent their work in calls with Barclays leads
- Technical Experience : A-Investment Banking project experience Finance/sub-ledger migration experience preferred B-Good understanding of Investment Banking trade lifecycle, experience in F2B projects C-Functional skills – strong BA skills spanning across requirements gathering, solution design, documentation D-Soft skills – go-getter, who is able to navigate through complex requirements system architecture; good communication skills to liaise closely with challenging senior stakeholders
