What youll be doing:

• Lead the creation of tracking and reporting dashboards to clearly show business change progress, success and areas needing more support

• Support the Business Change Implementation Lead to identify areas needing further change interventions, support or iterations to the current business change approach

• Apply a structured approach to measurement and reporting of progress

• Advise, coach, manage and mentor more change team members to be able to use the reporting and measurement functions

• Develop strong relationships across internal networks and stakeholder groups

• Communicate risks/ Programme leadership and peers

What youll need:

• Bachelor s Degree (e.g. Business, Data Management) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Detailed knowledge of tableau, power BI or similar tool to build reporting dashboards

• Experience of working in a fast-paced team, supporting team members wherever possible

• Strong ability to lead, inspire, engage, and coach a diverse team and create an inclusive culture across geographical boundaries

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with exceptional ability to communicate effectively at different levels of organization
