TMS Analyst is responsible for making software configuration changes to support business processes. Needs to have in-depth knowledge of Transportation Management Systems with hand-on implementation experience.

Should be capable of troubleshooting issues and provide quick resolution and production support.

WMS Experience is a plus.

MUST HAVE (to be considered as fit candidate)

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Transportation Management Systems (MANH, JDA

• preferred) and Logistics and Supply chain domain

• 3+ years experience of strong data analysis experience

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential

• User requirements analysis through collaborating with team members, clients, and others

• Perform data analysis and produce reports

• Troubleshooting of report issues and performance issues with reports

• Work with DBAs, report authors and system administrators to track down and improve or eliminate bottlenecks in the reporting environment

• Comfortable in both Unix and Windows environments

Preferred Skills

• Preferably experienced with MANH/JDA TMS solutions

• WMS Experience is a plus
