ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business strategy documents and presentations based on business inputs
Macro-economic, Industry and competition analysis from publicly available information to
make business strategy projections.
Work with internal teams on drawing up business level MIS and reports to reflect business
performance. Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management
visibility and review
Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes. Implement and Monitor metrics,
analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system
improvement opportunities.
Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems, to identify opportunities for
cost and efficiency improvements.
Supporting BU Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level.
Tracking and review of critical initiatives at a central level with cross functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer management skills
(both for internal and external).
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- MBA from Tier I college
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Analytics
Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain
good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills.
Experience of using various data management and analysis tools to arrive at
descriptive / predictive analytics. (knowledge of tools like Tableau, CRM, R, Power BI
etc. will be an added advantage)
Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive
continuous improvement.
