Roles and Responsibilities
role will include the following job responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, Support , manage service requests, change management
• Prior experience in report automation.
• Write macros to simplify dataset commands.
• Basic knowledge of scripting language like Java script
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• SaaS based platform/application configuration
• Be fairly hands-on and be able to understand technical issues and seek as needed. Build client relationships.
• Occasional travel within country
• Quality audits of deliverables.
• Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist.
• Keep abreast with industry trends and tap into expertise to influence the adoption of new technologies
Required and Mandatory Skills:
• Candidate must have preferred degree in IT or similar subject.
• Accurately perceive, understand, and solve problems for better delivery.
• Knowledge of SDLC, documentation for whole project life cycle
• Hands on experience MS office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
