The Order Management Operations Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing reporting solutions for business users, pulling data for quarterly revenue attainment, ad hoc requests and providing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enable business user efficiencies.
• Analyze and define business reporting requirements
• Design and deliver Reporting and Analytic solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence tools, SAP Hana/Business Objects and/or Tableau.
• Complete unit testing, participate in code review, document solution delivery, and coordinate deployment.
• Collaborate with Global user base and BI Analysts to ensure that the solution is meeting the business needs.
• Provide hands on demonstration of the solution
• Provide Functional support to business team members during testing and deployment phase.
• Work with teams to deliver effective, high-value reporting solutions by using an established delivery methodology.
• Analyze and define programming solutions utilizing Robotic Process Automation functionality

Requirements:
• Information repository or business intelligence reporting solutions
• Outstanding SQL skills
• Experience in UiPath/Blue Prism in Automating the Manual Work by developing Standard Bots standardized for Business purposes.
• Flair for understanding data flows
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field of study
• Data visualization and Reporting software like Tableau/Power BI
• Experience in using Robotic Process Automation
• Strong communication background
• Strong written and presentation creation skills
• Flexibility of schedule to accommodate a global structure
