This is a full time job with Global Investment Bank wherein you will be working as a Business Analyst- VP
We are searching for world-class technologists to join our team building solutions for a high-frequency, ultra low latency e-Trading Market Making team.
- University degree or post-graduate studies combined with 5-8 years of experience as Business Analyst or Consultant in the financial industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking/capital market related projects.
- Excellent knowledge on banking and capital market products.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Reference Data management-Instrument, Client etc.
- Prior work experience on Equity products and associated trading strategies as an IT business analyst.
- Exposure to end-to- end implementation of at least one regulatory reporting framework for Financial Institutions (MiFID II, Best Ex, FinfraG etc.) is necessary.
- Outstanding skills in writing FRDs.
- Experience in working with relational database like Oracle, SQL to analyze variety of data quality issues.
- SDLC and IT BA experience is mandatory.
- Structured, methodical approach. Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them.
- Strong analytical capability and problem solving skills.
Good-to-have Competencies and experiences-
- Professional certifications-FRM, CFA, CAIIB, NCFM (Capital Market Modules) etc.
- Hands on experience on at least one data visualization tool-Tableau, Kibana, PowerBI.
- Understanding of non-equity products.
- Familiarity with JIRA/ALM tools.
