Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor s or equivalent degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in functional testing
- Expertise in writing SQL Quires and working in database testing
- Able to understand and convert the business requirement into test scenarios or test cases
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong data analysis skills with proven experience analyzing source data and business rules
- Experience in configurations testing
- Expertise in defect management and knowledge on defect management tools
- Experience in supporting QA lead in test plan or test strategy
- Experience working with distributed team members
- Extremely detail-oriented with respect to test documentation and communication
- Able to communicate complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
