As part of the BI & Analytics India team, you will get the unique opportunity to work with multiple partners across marketing, sales, product & operations teams and be a strategic partner to the business to drive new initiatives for long term growth.

what you ll do

• Analyzing business data at all levels to generate meaningful insights.

• Own the design, development & maintenance of the databases, reports, analysis, dashboards, etc. to ensure effective tracking mechanism

• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, models – development, validation, and implementation. Should have managed a team of 2-3

• Produce regular reports and analysis, write systems queries to gather data, perform data mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, SQL to identify trends and develop forecasts, as well as identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements

• Identify and lead projects to improve business performance

• Track project issues, concerns, deliverables, and acceptance criteria

• Provide analysis support on projects, new initiatives, and strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to implement projects

• Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving a business problems

what we re looking for

• Strong engineering background (preferably IITs/NITs/IIITs/BITs)

• First principle thought process

• Excellent mathematical skills

• Experience in writing SQL queries and using Excel

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics/marketing/operations

Preferred :

• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data techniques and tools

• Hands on experience with BI and visualization tools

• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
