This role is with one of our clients which is 2 years old technology start-up firm in AI space based in Gurgaon, India.
Role : Technical Lead – Full Stack
Job Location : Gurgaon
– The role would involve working closely with the COO in developing the platform. As the platform is in its early stages of design and development, the learning opportunity would be immense and unparalleled.
– The Technology lead will manage a team of 2-3 developers (including senior software engineers).
– Heshe will also be part of design discussions and will have a strong say in how the platform is designed and built.
This is a full-time role, based in Gurgaon.
Responsibilities :
1. Participate actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
2. Work with user experience designers to ensure all user interactions are implemented correctly and optimized for performance so that we can build an amazing user experience
3. Help build technical execution plans and ensure we hit all milestones
4. Manage all aspects of code including version management, code quality, and unit testing
Required Background :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from reputed institute
2. Total experience of 4-8 years.
3. Demonstrated exposure through projects: Python, MongoDb (or comparable NoSql database), JS, AngularJS, NodeJS
4. Knowledge base : Hadoop orand other distributed databases (in-memorypersistent), Database modelling and management concepts, API development best practices, big data analytics architectural best practices
5. At least 1 full stack experience across the whole product life-cycle, preferably in small team size, which is currently in production
6. Experience of managing a team of developers and external software vendorsfreelancers.
7. Good to have : UX/UI design experience, Django, Django Rest Framework, PHP (basic knowledge), familiarity with Linux.
8. Familiarity and experience with Data AnalyticsMachine Learning is a strong plus.
