• Designing, developing, and maintaining our Data Platform (in GCP).
• Responsible for building and maintaining our end-to-end data pipelines from various data sources.
• Help promote data innovation with a willingness to experiment and to handle hard and complex problems.
• Research new data engineering and analytic methodologies with minimal guidance and support from other team members.
• Review and improve the data platform as a whole, inclusive of data model designs, process flow, and end-use cases.
• Plan and execute data platform expansion as needed to support the company s growth and analytic needs.
• Advocate for data quality and data governance to help ensure all data products provide are in the highest standard.
• Help to mentor junior team members to succeed and grow in the data engineering field.
  

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in building data pipelines with a robust framework.
• Knowledge of open source and modern data tech stack would be a strong advantage.
• Strong SQL and ETL skills are a must.
• Advanced in at least one programing language python or java.
• Ability to communicate with a technical and non-technical audience.
• Be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
