Job Description-BA
• Understanding Business requirementsand processes,and developing
specification documents.
• Should be well versed in conducting brainstorming sessions and interviews to
elicit requirements from various stakeholders and reduce ambiguity associated
with the complex requirements.
• Should be well versed with Requirements engineering.
• Hands on with agile management tool (Jira).
• Preparation of BRD, FRD and Use Case Documents.
• Sound knowledge in RTM (Requirement traceabilitymatrix).
• Handling & Conducting Reviews with Clients, Managers and technicalteam.
• Hands on exposure towards various SDLC models like Waterfall and Agile Scrum.
• Should have good knowledge in Agile Methodology and Techniques – Agile Scrum
Creating, maintaining user stories, sprint sheets, burn-down charts, facilitating daily
scrum meetings and sprint planning meetings and review & retrospective meetings.
• Coordinating with development team for requirements clarification and with
testing team to ensure that all requirements tested properly.
• Hands on experience in handling UAT and Regression Testing.
• Having exposure in preparing functional Test cases and Test case execution.
• Should manage New Change Requests NCRs as per the change management process.
• Demonstrate ability to use critical and strategic thinking to resolve discrepancies,
fill gaps and sustain quality controlbenchmarks.
• Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and
communication.
• Recommend and institute BA best practice and methodology and tools.
• Responsible for leading the Miami BSA contribution, including practice
development, and performance goal setting.
• Should have strong Data analytical skills and should be able to execute SQL queries.
• Work with the stakeholders to create user stories addressing their businessvalue.
• Document the user stories with Acceptance criteria, prototypes, Business value.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in technology-related field, or relevant
experience in implementing software in a B2B service industry.
• Agile, Scrum, UML, storyboard, workflow.
• 3-6 years Business Analyst experience
• Demonstrated team leadership (staff development & management)and
performance actions.
• Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional
specifications, and technical requirements.
• Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software
development environment.
