Roles and Responsibilities :
- Elicit Requirement from relevant stakeholders and translate the requirements into business requirement documents
- Create user stories and tasks, ensure proper review mechanism
- Manage project scope with timelines and ensure defect free deployment in production
- Help design, document, and maintain processes in and end to end manner
- Ensure Sign off on business requirements from all relevant stakeholders.
Job Skills :
- Experience in Requirement Elicitation based on use cases, end to end Requirement Management
- Ability to work hand in hand with multiple stakeholders to facilitate requirement gathering interviews, issue clarifications, review documentation, ensure traceability, sign off as well as own change management cycle
- High-Level Understanding of REST / SOAP API, Microservices Architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Communication
- Familiarity to execute projects using Agile methodology
- File Storage / CRM /ERP Domain Knowledge, prior experience of working on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) is a plus
