Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to articulate business requirements and design solutions
- Well versed in creating quality and detailed artefacts covering requirements, design and configuration workbooks, testing scripts, Fit-Gap Analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
- Drive initiatives end to end and orchestrate activities involved in software life cycle
- Hands on experience on Fusion HCM modules including reporting and personalization skills
- In depth Knowledge of at least 3 or all Oracle HCM modules viz. Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Workforce Compensation & HR Helpdesk
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM cloud implementation and support experience including inbound/outbound interfaces
- Consulting background and experience of end to end Oracle HCM implementation project lifecycles or experience of managing teams with lead roles
- Extensive experience in Human Capital Management with local legislations
- Experience professional having broad understanding of industry standards, best practices, and business processes
- Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment with “time-critical” deadlines
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, software development or system integration and application support
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
