Job Location: Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work along with project stakeholders and perform requirements gathering, evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and suggest business solutions.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, project scope, business rules, SOP, SRS, Use Cases, Data Flow and change controls.
• Expertise to present the final results of the analysis in an accurate, clear and understandable manner.
• Good in developing wireframes using any tools of his/her comfort. Able to articulate requirements in a pictorial notation.
• Perform and conduct various stakeholder meetings facilitating the smooth flow of the project like Scrum Meetings,
• Perform compliance analysis, requirement gathering, business and technical requirements and risk analysis.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive task plans for projects.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
• Coordinate with the development team on getting the requirements done and assist on the smooth delivery.
• Track development progress and report to the stakeholders.

Required Skill Set:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst professional.

• Self-motivated with ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and continued learning
• Comfortable with ambiguous requests and adapt at translating them into detailed work plans and deliverables.
• Strong work ethics and being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication, team, and customer skills.
• Experience in working on ALMs like Atlassian, Microsoft Project etc.
