Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop innovative ML-based algorithmic solutions for complex business problems.
- Architect and implement AI-enabled data products.
- Lead a hybrid teams of scientists + engineers to create AI solutions.
- Engage with senior client leaders to deliver value through transformative solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 9 14 years work experience in industry through consulting work or within an industry leader (a combination of experience is preferred).
- BE/ B.Tech from Tier-1 institute is preferrable.
- Masters or PhD from a premier institute is highly preferred (in Comp. Sci. or allied areas).
- In-depth knowledge of advanced algorithms (e.g. Deep learning, NLP, recommenders, etc.).
- Experience in applying ML algorithms to complex business problems.
- Hands-on programming proficiency in open-source environments (e.g. Python).
- Knowledge of Big Data, cloud, and distributed computing paradigms + related technologies.
- Domain knowledge in industry verticals such as travel, hospitality, retail, asset management, and high-tech is highly preferred.
