Job Responsibilities:
Elicit requirements using interviews, Gap analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Responsible for preparing and maintaining the respective documents BRD, FRS
Participate in the preparation of business proposal, SOW
Independently work with the Test leads/analysts in creating the test plans and test cases
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates with 3+ years of business analysis and systems analysis experience in an IT environment.
Must have experience working with users and supporting IT development teams in defining IT solutions and testing the end state applications & interfaces
Must be able to translate business requirement to technical solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Should have good analytical and logical thinking skills
DOMAIN- Healthcare knowledge would be preferred
