Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Corporate Responsibility Committees and its subcommittees by providing support and documentation with data to increase efficiency and help the Committees achieve their stated goals; this will include monitoring and reporting on assigned deliverables and work stream updates.
• Prepare briefing notes and presentation materials to be used in meetings and assist with post-meeting follow-up, including analysis, data requests, and meeting notes.
• Participate in data-driven internal projects to enhance procedures and streamline the flow of information. Analyzing data and generating analytical reports to be used extensively.
• Support production and release of Corporate global in-house newsletters/ communications/ memos by working with internal Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), HR, committees, and Corporate Communications.
• Lead Corporate Responsibility team s documentation and project management activities, timelines, and deliverables to help ensure stated goals are met.
• Operate as a team player with an ability to build relationships with all colleagues across the organization to support our Corporate Responsibility initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master s / Bachelor s degree (not necessarily in economics, finance, or business), however knowledge of finance is a plus, as is a passion for all things related to Corporate Responsibility
• 1-3 years of work experience in Corporate Responsibility Domain
• Exposure in ESG would be a value-add
• Proficiency in project management
• Proficiency in analyzing and summarizing data
• Proficiency in MSCI Data Analysis
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required, including experience using the software to produce high quality presentations and reports
• Must be pro-active, self-motivated, assertive, and well-organized
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior professionals and subject matter experts
