As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be responsible to work with the core agile team to manage, coordinate, and support GoS (Global On-Site Support) services /solutions developed by the agile teams across the whole life cycle, based on the product owner s prioritization. Run / administrate specific services in close collaboration with SMEs*. Develop operational and hands-on knowledge on our services and strive for their continuous improvement. Contribute and support the Agile way of working by being a team player and able to self-organize.

Participate in the development of the GoS services from design to transition with dedicated feature teams.

Support the product owner with his activities like Perform analytical tasks and support reporting processes within finance. Follow-up and coordinate specific GoS activities on behalf of the Product Owner. The position also requires performing communication activities and collaborate actively across GITO.

Qualifications

• University Degree in IT/Computer Science/Business Administration or bachelor s degree with relevant discipline

• A minimum of 3 years in Business Support related experience required

• Proven ability to operate, maintain and further develop services

• Previous experience working in a 24/7 organisation

• Experience with or high interest in Agile ways of working and/or global teams

• Financial background, analytical and technical skills area an asset

• Fluent in oral and written English. Other languages are an additional asset

• Appropriate service management program (ITIL foundation certification) and knowledge about Service Desk
