Roles and Responsibilities
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and compiling data in digestible format from multiple sources
- Own the design, development and maintenance of ongoing reports, metrics, analysis dashboards to drive key business decision
- Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve further in future
- Should have hands on experience handling huge data sets and should have worked on data mining, data cleaning and storage structures.
- Independently work with project managers to drive risk strategies with clear data points and analytics
- Use statistical and analytical models methods for data analysis and share data pointers with detailed analysis and also propose corrective steps as required.
- Put on your business thinking cap to drive insights and action we can take to improve returns compliance and experience.

Prior Experience
- Minimum 1-year experience is a must (Banking Financial Services experience will be an added advantage)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Analysis role will help
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, R or Python is a huge bonus
- Strong Analytical and logical thinking skills is a must
- Exposure handling large, unstructured, multi-dimensional data sets.
- Basic understanding of Tableau, Power BI, Data visualization tools will help.
