Job Overview

As Nuvolo s Business Analyst, you will be assisting in gathering and evaluating Business requirements specific to Nuvolo s Suite of Applications during Implementation. You will be working as part of the Delivery team to deliver a quality Nuvolo product that aligns with and enhances the Customer s Core Business Processes.

As a Business Analyst, your role will include:

• Gathering requirements from Customers for Product Implementation

• Assisting with writing Clear User Stories with specific Acceptance Criteria from the gathered requirements

• Evaluating Customer Data for Integrity and alignment with requirements

• Assisting with writing Test Cases for the built stories

• Performing end to end testing against Stories

• Providing Customer Demo s

• Leading User Acceptance Testing and managing Defects coming out of it

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

• Demonstrated ability to operate and deliver high quality deliverables without significant oversight in a timely manner

• Deep understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement gathering, analysis, quality assurance, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment

• Excellent Good Communication Skills

• Understanding of Agile with experience in Scrum Methodology

• 1+ years of experience on ServiceNow

Bonus points for:

• ServiceNow Administrator certification (CSA) and ITIL certification (Practitioner or Service Manager preferred)

• Prior Experience in IWMS/CMMS space

• Experience working in a SCRUM environment

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced, start-up, agile environment with an organization in hyper-growth mode
