All brands strategy, product development and innovation are lead and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, Heritage, and Tommy Hilfiger NA and SA brands and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe and Asia brand. The position in this job description provides support on strategic, developmental or innovation activities to the above mentioned PVH related parties.

• Responsible for confirmed order tracking for the brand and collaborate with different functional team both on-shore offshore.
• Assist the supervisor for the day to day execution and operations in line with the brand s reporting strategy. Work with vendor partners to forecast future deliveries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Bulk delivery tracking
• Communication with vendors and business counterparts
• Data integrity
• Forecast Business volume/ Risk associated on future deliveries
• System data entry monitoring
• WIP management
• Assist supervisor on daily execution

• Work with other business counter-parts such as supply team, operations team

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE

Education Experience:

• University/Engineering degree or post-secondary degree with minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in apparel, material background or equivalent consulting experience
• Hands on experience on data analytics tool and technology.

Skills:

• Apparel, material or technical background preferred.
• Should have experience in manufacturing environment or similar previous working experience preferred.
• Present data and reports using Tableau.
• Data analytics using Advanced Excel, power BI, SQL
• Builds good working relationships;
• Collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables.
• Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization
