Job Requirements:
– A bachelors degree in Computer Science or information technology
– 3+ years of experience in technical business analysis or a related field (Preferably Experience in e-governance).
– Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, JAD/RAD sessions, use case development, process flow diagrams and SDLCs
– Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
– Exceptional analytical, technical and conceptual thinking skills with a learning attitude
– Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
– Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint Presentation.
– Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
– A history of leading or supporting successful projects.
Job Responsibilities:
– Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
– Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
– Performing requirements analysis.
– Documenting and effectively communicating the requirements gathered on site to the technical team and management
– Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
– Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
– Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
– Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
– Performing user acceptance testing
– Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
– Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
– Managing competing resources and priorities.
– Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
