Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
– Power BI and Oracle OTBI Financials
– Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to Oracle implementation and OTBI reporting
– Assist in development of the conceptual Oracle OTBI reporting and analytics
– Identify opportunities to streamline process and enable continuous improvement
– Identify alternative approaches and proscons to enable informed decision making
– Assist in the development of business cases for new project initiatives
– Assist in identifying opportunities for leverage across business areas
– Assist in providing intelligence for Oracle OTBI Reporting and SDLC documentation
– Analyze and solve moderately complex business reporting opportunities
– Participate on the team that works with the business user(s) to identify required changes.
– Communicate needed changes to the development team.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in successfully using Power BI and Oracle OTBI Cloud Financials
– At least 5 years of high degree of proficiency with Power BI
– At least 3 years of OBTI Oracle Fusion reporting
– Relevant retail industry experience.
– Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentations) and inter-personal skills
– Self-motivated, decisive, and able to adapt to rapidly changing environment and competing demands
– Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from team members and stakeholders
