Remote BI Developer
3Ci is recruiting a REMOTE BI Developer for our rapidly growing client in Durham, NC. As the BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing tolls and resources to support internal and external insight needs. This is a remote, direct-hire position.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ months of relevant IT experience (preferred)
• Database knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
• Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAs, Excel, .Net, Tableau, and Python (preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a small team environment
• Strong problem solving skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process multiple report distribution batch jobs by running automation applications via various distribution methods
• Provide level one support on all BI Help Desk requests, using discretion to determine the difficulty level, importance, and prioritization of each request individually
• Develop ERP System Data to provide structures to resolve customer or business needs
• Consult with internal users to identify and establish reporting requirements and objectives
• Manage ETL flow development for data warehouses
• Develop programming routines for the maintenance and interfacing of data within the ERP system
• Design, develop, code, test, debug, and document programming applications to satisfy requirements of multiple user areas
• Work with large, complex datasets from a variety of sources
• Assist in the support and troubleshooting of Oracle Transactional Interfaces
• Work closely with users to train, educate, inform, and control usage of the reporting application
• Research complex data-oriented problems to discover inconsistencies in data, and cleanse data as needed
• Assist in the technical consultation to business unit, IT management, and staff
• Implement additions and modifications to the data warehouse model
• Follow and support overall policies and goals for the companies Information Technology, including maintaining established Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory IT general controls over the production environment
