Roles and Responsibilities
Business Analysis :
- Able to collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize, research and provide educated recommendations for business improvement, solutions, and strategies
- Lead and define specialized projects that improve systems, enhance information flow and business strategies in a thoughtful and strategic way
- Expand the research platform including processes, products, and ability to positively impact the business.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prepare detailed documents, presentations, graphs, and reports
- Strength in written and oral communications
- Strong financial & analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multi-task work environment
- Ability to work pro-actively and effectively within all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop rapport and buy-in with stakeholders
- Organized self-starter who shows great attention to detail
- Demonstrated professionalism and business acumen
- Ability to function and support an ever-changing work environment
- Experience and knowledge of the Real Estate Industry – Add on/preferable
